Current off leash Dog time
At Burton:

As of March 22, I received this word from Jen Moore, Sports Cordinator that our hours are as follows:
Hi Sheila,

Please post the following Spring hours for the off-leash times. We had a sports meeting the other night and it seems too many people are showing up before 6:30 and it is disruptive to the teams winding up their practice time. Also, as a reminder, when there are games on the east end, dogs and owners will have to be patient until the game ends. Baseball is not a “by the clock” game…the correct number of innings have to be played and sometimes they run over their expected time. Thanks so much! We appreciate your diligence in trying to keep people following the rules!

Dog Park Hours:

Until school is out…now -June 13

M-F: 8:00am-12:00 noon and 6:30 (or when the baseball game ends)-dark

Sat: none (baseball games)

Sunday: 6:30 (or when the baseball games at Flanagan end) – dark

After school is out…June 14 – start of school (late August)

M-F: 6:30 (or when the baseball game ends) -dark

Sat: none

Sun: 6:30 (or when the baseball game ends) -dark

PLEASE respect the hours we have been given!

What we need to do to continue to share parks:
-- East side is our designated area (between the grove of trees in the corner and the first set of ball lights on west side...
__  if you arrive on east side w/ no barricades can you help place them up for everyone, two or three people makes it so much easier than one person doing it most of time thanks!
- - Always clean up after your dog, and encourage non-responsible dog owners to do the same if you observe them not picking up after their dog/dogs!
- - Stay out of and away from soccer or baseball games. This is vitally important!
- - Keep control of your dog, and keep it in your sight at all times.
